The 2009 Summer Institute will be held from July 7-9, 2009, at the Château Mont-Sainte-Anne. 

The Château and Conference Centre are situated at the foot of Mont Ste-Anne, approximately 30 minutes from Québec City. The address is 500 boulevard du Beau-Pré, Beaupré, Québec, G0A 1E0, Canada.

Three types of room are available:
Deluxe room - $119 per night, plus taxes (single or double occupancy)
Room with mezzanine - $139 per night, plus taxes (single or double occupancy)
Suite - $139 per night, plus taxes (single or double occupancy)

In order to receive these group rates, you must reserve your room by using the online reservation form provided by the Château Mont-Sainte-Anne. 

The Château and Conference Centre is a Four Green Key Resort, emphasizing efficiency in energy and water consumption; waste reduction and recycling; green product choices; and the selection of organic, fairly-traded foods for its cuisine.  The natural surroundings lend themselves well to a retreat-style conference.

Mont-Sainte-Anne, situated near the St. Lawrence River, is a popular ski resort in winter, and offers hiking and other activities during the summer.
